Returns & Exchanges

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

Items may only be returned for store credit or an exchange.  All items must be exchanged within 2 weeks of receipt, but we extend the exchange period during the holidays.
Any order placed in December of 2023 can be exchanged for another item or store credit until January 1st of 2024. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
This excludes any items that are opened, not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 

Return for Store credit
If you have chosen Free shipping, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If you paid for additional shipping, we will send you a return label via email. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your credit will be processed, and a store credit code will be emailed to you, within a few days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Damage Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
